  • When will my order be shipped?
    Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped out shortly after.

  • How long does delivery take?
    Estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days after processing.

  • Can I track my package?
    Yes! You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Your order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and all parts. But the order can ofcourse be open.
  2. The product must not have been damaged due to improper use.
  3. If the product is related to hygiene, it must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  4. If the item arrived defective, please notify us immediately.
  5. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@endlessfind.com with:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • A photo of the item (if damaged)
    • Your full name and shipping address

  2. We will provide you with the correct return address—do not return the item to the sender’s address.

  3. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders are processed automatically as soon as they are placed, so cancellation is not possible once your order has been shipped.
  • If your order is in transit, you must wait until you receive it before requesting a return.
  • Refunds exclude any shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Claims & Complaints

  • Faulty or defective items: You must report any issues within 2 months of discovering the defect.
  • Warranty does not affect your right to claim: Even if a product comes with a 1-year warranty, you have the right to file a complaint for up to 3 years under consumer protection laws.
  • If a product defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, discount, refund, or reimbursement for the repair costs.
